Mosaic Church Updates From Shari Sutherland

Hope your week is finding you well! For all those traveling we miss you, all those missing, we miss you 2,and everyone who's back in town welcome back!:)
Here's the latest news...(and 4 the above,what u missed!)

CORE GROUP-this officially,i believe,is forming. there is to be a meeting after church for all those interested in ownership of mosaic. inner workings,needs,responsibilities,and creative direction(brain stormings) for where we're going is the subject...those that already feel they own mosaic should be there,and those that are excited for a special validating moment of mosaic is mine!! should attend.(maybe we'll pass out stickers,that say,I'M IN!,or something cornier....Hmm.gonna pass that by the powers that be.....(ha ha)

LIFE GROUP IN THE GROVE-* HAS SWITCHED PLACES* thanks to andres' for hosting it these last 5 months or so! boo! hoo! change is so hard,however it's exciting to be at the grove house of luanna and andrea! here's their address..... 3154 CARTER ST directions... us1/dixie hwy. to 37th ave.which is also douglas ave.,make left which is east, to day ave.,this is the first left,make left. go to carter st. this is the third left, make left house number is 3154. see ya there!! start time 7ish.. acts 7-8 is our stdy topic with open discussion. see ya there!

MUSIC SCHOOL-starts this week @ the methodist church-downtown... richard who runs it's number is 305-801-6768.stars saturday afternoon....many instruments,different levels,including voice!

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY- if you signed up- you rock! if not, well you know what that means... just joshing! you know who you are if your on for the next few weeks. call andrea for the subbies if you need a fill in. her number 305-519-4542. there r 4 peeps 4 this.

BUILD A VILLAGE PROJECT IN HAITI- great sucess! they have returned those that went,and there has been a great start! 20 kids were sponsored for school,along with funding raise for misc. needs. those that contributed gave generously! Your reward is with the KING! undate to be posted soon on mosaic site....maybe even some pics!:)

SUDAN NIGHT- tonight @ andrea's and luanna house. address above 7-9pm. 3154 carter str. andrea will be sharing on her trip to uganda coming up in nov. and about the country and situation there. food is going to be floating around. yummy if it's african goodies....

ROBYN CROWLEY- LEADERSHIP GROWTH INSTITUTE- awesome friend of kevin and i, who calling is forming,teaching,and discipling leaders. she's spoke at some of the beth moore conferences also various leadership developing events. dynamic and funny! she'll be coming just for us on the friday night and saturday of october,that's the 26th and 27th. cost: $20 per person. she will be teaching this time on the different temperments. strengths and weaknesses,and how to get along with all of them! Great for relationship building in the home,workplace,and all others! please sign-up and pay at mosaic on sunday in order to secure a spot...
